Randy, are you seriously suggesting that the chairs will be denied even 
a signle session in Vienna?

Obviously this wg isn't the best example of the IETF's prowess but we 
have been making progress towards useful work and consensus the past 
months, and I think it's important to capitalize on that face to face 
and create some momentum for further progress. Email and face to face 
interaction are simply not interchangable.

So what is it going to be: do you want to be part of the problem, or 
part of the solution?

Now if you have concrete suggestions for progress, by all means, let us 
know. (And yes, we know we have to send code.)
