Lixia and I still plan to get a "taxonomy" draft together for this
meeting.  You saw some of it in the slides at the Chicago meeting.  The
goal is to distinguish the critical dimensions and to compare/contrast
the different approaches along those dimensions, as an aid to
understanding them.
