Well, this suggestion doesn't seem to have received any
support.  Nor has anyone volunteered to teach an IPR
session...

Other ideas?  Perhaps a round-table discussion on some topic
that concerns us all, such as:

        - How to manage mailing list
        - How to manage the consensus process
        - Something else that y'all care about?

Do folks actually want to have a lunch session for experienced
chairs in Vienna?  If so, we need to decide soon, so that we
can make appropriate catering arrangements.
