Change of ADs in SUB-IP Area

Jacqueline, can you change the WG charter pages 
to change the new ADs for the various WGs that Alex
and I are taking over from Scott BRadner

For all SUBIP WGs, change
   Sub-IP Area Director(s):
     Scott Bradner <sob@harvard.edu>
     Bert Wijnen <bwijnen@lucent.com>
Into:
   Sub-IP Area Director(s):
     Alex Zinin <zini@psg.com>
     Bert Wijnen <bwijnen@lucent.com>

So that is for CCAMP, GSMP, IPO, MPLS, PPVPN, TEGW

Change the SUB-IP Area Advisor as follows:

For CCAMP, no change
For GSMP: change Scott BRadner into Bert Wijnen
For IPO: change Scott Bradner into Alex Zinin
For MPLS: change Scott Bradner into Alex Zinin
For PPVPN: change Scott Bradner into Alex Zinin
For TEWG: no change

This also means that the responsible AD for documents in the 
ID-tracker from any of these WGs have to be transfered. 
Do you want us to so manually, or is there some other
automated or manual process in teh secretariat to
do this?
