november ieee conflict -> heavy friday

heads up

due to a major <bleep> i will not go into at this time, the
november ietf meeting has been scheduled in direct conflict
with an ieee meeting (scheduled long before) which many of
our folk also need to attend.

the ieee meeting is light on friday.  thus we will want to
move as many conflicting groups to friday as we can.  off
hand, i can think of
  aaa
  capwap
  eap
  mobilty things
  radius
  ...

so we should expect and plan for (wiht hotel, local host,
...)  a full day friday.
