I think Bill would make a good co-chair.

The only co-ordination I know of is through periodic teleconference meetings
between the IEEE 802.11 liasion to IETF (not from IETF to IEEE 802.11) and
the INT + SEC ADs and certain WG chairs, primarily oriented toward EAP work.
