Re: Plenary Scheduling

In the proposed agenda the idea was to take the first evening (wednesday)
with some substantive content that would (hopefully) generate some
interest and dialogue.

Thursday evenings have, over the past couple of years that I've been
watching the IAB / IESG alternate, been pretty flat. People are mentally
leaving by then. Thats why I had though that the open meeting
could include a few larger items, such as the advisory committee
report without feeling that the agenda was being over-burdened.

Some people moaned that there wasn't enough open mic at the IAB plenary
in Vienna. Some of that stemmed from us tryign to organize the
discussion (e.g., having Aaron's discussion input).

So, I think there should remain some open mic time for each of IAB and IESG related actions.

Looks OK, except I suspect folks will want more open mic time. It tends to
be quite popular.

Open mic time in Vienna was close to content-free. I think people were exhausted by the problem discussion!
