Just finished getting 3 IDs submitted for RADIUS related stuff.  What my 
boss is paying me for (actually 802.11 and 802.1, but you get the drift..)

Bob had asked me to publish a while back and I almost did, and then I got a 
community interested on taking my raw concepts and turning them into 
running code.  I decided to wait.

Pekka and crew have since taken HIP out of my mental state and into real 
code.  We are not taking the protocol documents here, but only the 
architecture docurment, btw.  We all agree that protocol docs need some 
more work.

The work on the architecture is done, I would think.  The BOF is directed 
toward the implementation, i.e. the protocol and extensions.
