Well, yes.  I suppose there is no copyright issue with cut and paste of UNIX
"man" pages into an RFC.

OTOH, that verges on defining the underlying service that we are attempting
to authorize/provision using RADIUS in the RADIUS document itself.  That's a
practice I've often advised authors to avoid.

Does anyone else on the list think that including "man" pages in appendices
is the best way to go?
