Slight clarification: I don't think that it's necessarily the _best_ way,
but it is _a_ way & in the absence of another...BTW, if you're going to
include rsh at all, you should mention Kerberos.  Unfortunately, Kerberos is
not transport security, so it kind of messes up your structure.
