Uh-huh...what's your point?  Everything that is copyrighted is also subject
to "fair use", at least in the US, & this would certainly constitute fair
use.

OK, the problem is that while the reference may be stable, it may not
necessarily be readily available after some period of time: i.e., stable but
useless.
