solution space overlap

If we exclude the transport-based proposals, there is an argument that all of
the proposals have considerable overlap.  For example, most of them provide
for a relaying or, at least, a third-party rendezvous function.  This brings
them close to mobile IP.

As to creating namespace:  LIN6 creates one, also.  MAST and NOID "go as far
as" making sure that a new namespace is not needed...
