The Paris Peace Conference of 1919

Professor MacMillan was educated at the University of Toronto and Oxford University. She is a Senior Fellow of Massey College and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Literature. Her publications include Women of the Raj and Paris 1919: Six Months that Changed the World. This latter work won the Duff Cooper Prize, the Samuel Johnson Prize for non-fiction, the Hessell-Tiltman Prize for History, the Silver Medal for the Council on Foreign Relations, the Arthur Ross Book Award and the Governor-General's award for non-fiction for 2003. Dr. MacMillan appears frequently in the media commenting on both history and current international affairs. She has just been elected Warden of St. Anthony's College, Oxford, and will assume her new position in 2006.
